Ingredients: Aqua, Propylene glycol, Carbomer, Glycerin, Disodium edta, Hydroxyacetophenone, 1,2-hexanediol, Mentha arvensis leaf extract, Chrysanthellum indicum extract, Portulaca oleracea extract, Peg-40, hydrogenated castor oil, Lidocaine, Letracaine, Procaine, PriIocaine

Instructions:1.Clean the area to be tattooed thoroughly with soap and water, and blot dry with paper towel. Apply Numb27 tattoo numbing cream to the area to be tattooed in a thick enough layer that you can not see the skin. After application, wait 60-90 minutes for it to work. Wipe off the numbing cream after the are is numb ( Do NOT use alcohol based products to wipe as it will lessen the effect of the cream).3. Remarks: If you want to save waiting time, you can wrap the application area with plastic wrap after applying. Now apply tattoo stencil and begin tattooing. Apply again as necessary.
